Get ready for your fall tryouts with ADAPT Fitness Studio's Speed and Conditioning Camp.
Each session is 90 minutes in length and will be held every Tuesday and Thursday in Severna Park at
St. Martin's in-the-field for 9 weeks (beginning June 16). The camp will include running mechanics, speed development, first-step power, change of direction, injury resiliency and much more. We will take care of your conditioning so you can focus on your skills at the tryouts.
